Beaches Residence, Toronto

Renovations to this Beaches Residence in Toronto were designed to provide improvements for two home office uses, to review the ground floor plan, enclose the front porch and provide a new exterior access stair, walkway, and to enhance the master bedroom suite facing the main street. The existing hallway bathroom was relocated which opened the hallway directly into the existing great room at the back of the house. The front porch was enclosed to become an extension of the home office work areas. The master bedroom windows were replaced with operable sash panels and Juliet balcony railings.
