This permanent resort community is designed to accommodate 900 residents and visitors on a 200‑acre valley site centered around a 35‑acre lake. Developed over a ten‑year period, the plan features clusters of one‑ and two‑storey villas for long‑term residents, complemented by atrium and garden court apartments for short‑term stays.
A clubhouse and recreation centre form the social core, supported by boating and tennis facilities. The program also includes a 200‑suite conference centre with capacity for 600 attendees. The clubhouse architecture is carefully integrated into the landscape, employing wood, glass, stone, copper, and bronze finishes to convey permanence and harmony with the natural setting.
