A permanent resort community for 900 residents and visitors. Located on a 200 acre valley site centred about a 35 acre lake. Development is to extend over a ten year period. One and two storey villas are arranged in clusters for more permanent residents while more transient accomodation is provided in atrium and garden court apartments.

A club house and recreation centre create a central social focus while boat and tennis clubs support leisure activities. The ultimate program includes the provision of a 200 suite conference centre with meeting room for 600 people. The architecture of the club is nestled sympathetically into the site and presents finishes of wood, glass, stone, copper and bronze to produce a sense of both assurance and permanence.
